Footer text "Created on..." missing on mobile, also needs to be more visible

The footer text "Created on..." can't be seen on mobile. Also the opacity seems too low for the footer text, it can be difficult to see. Especially if the server has a dark background image.

The footer text is automatically removed if the phone is below width 900, many people were confused and its pretty useless. We plan to add a button to disable that text
